AJFF On Campus

AJFF On Campus - Emory professor Matthew Bernstein with filmmaker Nitzan Gilady.

The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival has always had an educational component to its programming, not just entertaining audiences, but educating them and broadening their horizons. With AJFF On Campus, the kind of substantive and engaging programs, that audiences enjoy at the annual festival, are taken to college campuses.

At the beginning of the school year, this student-focused version of the festival screens not in commercial theaters, but right on local college campuses. Partnering with faculty and other experts associated with the partner campuses, AJFF is able to meet a whole new generation of film lovers, and use the power of cinema to create dialogue and discussion around current events.
